Additive Manufacturing is perfectly used as a effective tool for the rapid development of products of nearly any complexity during the last years. At the same time it is demanded to guarantee both the ability for reproduction of the products and qualities same to series or close to series. The variety and the amount of the applications as well as the different additive fabrications require an adequate quality control system. A solution approach for the quality survey of all additive manufacturing methods consists in the introduction of a ratio system. Therefore requirement profiles and quality features has to be defined, which are illustrated by test body geometry and are classified with the help of single identification numbers. Within the scope of the analysis done, the quality survey with test body geometries was qualified at the laser-sintering process. By specific influencing of the process parametres, which can lead individually or in combination to inadmissible high-class faults of the product, it is possible to value the quality of the product and in particular the ability for reproduction of the components. The definition of the single identification numbers, which allow a control as well as a prediction of potential errors, on this occasion, offers essential possibilities for the quality assessment. On the one hand the consolidation to a entire ratio system has the aim to value the process based on the defined requirement profiles, on the other hand the ratio system should derive a direct link to the selected process variables and disturbances, to make a statement about the part quality in advance.Downloads
